Not enforce physical assessment on Dla claimants if already in receipt of Dla

What the petition asks

It's wrong to make people already in receipt of Dla have to reapply and have to go through assessment and medical assessment when they have already proved eligibility and have qualified and been in receipt of Dla for years just because you want to cut the deficit

We all know the esa medical has not been as successful as the government would like us to believe with many qenuienly sick people loosing much needed benefits and deemed fit for work many of which have felt so lost they have taken there own lives because they felt there was no other choice left to them
We need to stop the government enforcing disabled people rightly getting Dla being told they don't qualify for a benefit they have been getting for years simply to save money
