Add life long medication use of Anticoagulants to the NHS exemption list.

What the petition asks
Warfarin is an anticoagulant normally used in the prevention of thrombosis and thromboembolism, the formation of blood clots in the blood vessels and their migration elsewhere in the body, respectively. Many people have to take Warfarin daily for life and failure to do so could prove to be fatal!
