What the petition asks

As a Small Vapour Business that produces e-liquids of some 300 Flavours and has employed 6 local people. We have found ourselves, at the point of destruction brought on by the EU TPD 20 Legislation in May.
We simply cant survive the TPD.

The TPD is what can only be considered a damaging exercise by the EU.
To force people back to smoking and it will happen and once again increase the strain on the NHS. A Burden Vapour Vendors are fixing by giving an alternative product that is 95% Less Harmful. Please see attached link to a .gov page
