What the petition asks

In Sep 2014, Southeastern were awarded 4 more years & we were promised 'tough targets'/'transparency' by Rail Minister Claire Perry
We call on MP Perry to lift the restriction on sharing target results under FOI so rail users can see the results vs targets

Southeastern Railway Action Group filed an FOI request to see performance data submitted by Southeastern to see how they performed against the "tough targets"

The Department for Transport denied this under commercial & public interest reasons.

Since the DfT/MP Perry assured us that "tough targets" would be in place, while rail users see a constant decline we want to see this data & what has been done
