Transfer long term DLA claims to PiP automatically

What the petition asks

People that have been claiming DLA for extended periods of time should be transferred automatically to PiP at the same or increased rate that they where receiving under the old system. They could then be re assessed on a paper assessment at a later date. This would free up the system lightening the

load on the DWP and negating the need to involve ATOS which is widely recognized as being not fit for purpose.
Re-diagnosing someone using under qualified inexperienced personal is a waste of tax payers money. The high volume of appeals won is testament to this fact. A clinical diagnosis is far more qualified than a practice nurse being paid by numbers. This gov. is wasting far more money trying to weed out the minority that would abuse the system than it saves by finding them.
