What the petition asks

Animals are slaughtered and suffer a slow painful death unnecessarily to serve halal meat in food chains/supermarkets and even in schools here.
Animal cruelty is not acceptable in the UK so why are we allowing this?

Subway food chain is just one of many that serves customers halal, the evidence is actually written on their very own website.

Millfield School in Somerset is just one of many schools within the UK that has a halal menu.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Ban the import, sale and production of all halal or kosher meat.
