Stop any bus / train or tram in South Yorkshire from accepting cash like london
Rejected

What the petition asks
London and other towns and cities in the UK Operate a cashless system on their public transport, this has a proven record of speeding boarding time up and reduces the amount of time it takes for people to choose a ticket.
We want public transport loading times in South Yorkshire reduced dramatically ! The main primary reason busses are late is due to School children and those without concession or pre purchased tickets paying their fairs! This must stop and we must make our Public Transport more reliable#
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is a decision for the companies who operate buses, trams and trains in South Yorkshire. You could write to them directly to make this suggestion.
