Make higher examinations more available to adult learners in Scotland

What the petition asks

Degree programmes such as medicine, law, veterinary, requires 5 higher's most do not achieve higher level in school. Colleges and schools do not offer the 5 needed in 1 year for access to university. Everyone deserves to take the higher exams. Higher's need to be more accessible to adult learners.
