A cap on MP's expenses and to remove allowances for luxury items e.g limos

I am writing a petition to cap the expenses that MP's claim unnecessarily from tax payers money. They want to make cuts which affect vunerable people and which will cause severe financial problems. While they search for ways to make cuts they dont consider cutting back their own expenses.
