Massively increase the punishments for all animal abusers.

What the petition asks

People who hurt and kill animals have no place in society. The courts give pathetic sentences time and time again. We need to be the voice for those who don't have one. Things must change. People must be punished to the maximum.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Amend the maximum penalty for animal cruelty from 12 months to at least 7 years.
