What the petition asks
300 staff members at two recycling plants in Thornton and leyland which are being shut due to the budget cuts after only being open 6 years. 500 million pounds of tax payer,their have been 3 options put forward to keep the plants running and save jobs but the council have Not helped to save jobs.
