What the petition asks

As the Panama Papers prove the British Virgin Islands is one of the world's capitals of tax avoidance, evasion and money laundering. The territory has 600,000 companies registered there with a population of around 30 thousand.
UK parliament can enforce the following laws or impose direct rule

What would that reform be: All accounts of all companies on public record All beneficial ownership on public record, proven by a requirement that banks confirm the beneficial ownership of companies they provide services to Directorships on public record -
