What the petition asks

This week a young women was sentenced to 2 years suspended for being to poor to travel out of Northern Ireland for an abortion, it is time the UK government acted to force equal treatment
Northern Ireland's abortion laws still put women's lives at risk and discriminate against those to poor to travel to the rest of the UK, This is done with the support of the UK government and using tax payments from the rest of the UK as such the UK government should amend Northern Ireland's devolved powers or use alternative legislation to force the Northern Irish assembly to treat women and their right to an abortion equally to the rest of the UK
