Make taking pictures of children in public without carers consent illegal

What the petition asks
My 3yr old neice was photographed at the beach by a stranger, she was specifically targeted, the man followed her around to take the pics, the police were called but because no crime had been commited the man walked free with his phone and there was an uncertainty as to whether the pics were deleted
Children are extremely vulnerable and I feel that by it being legal for strangers to target and photograph them, this puts them in an even more vulnerable state.
It should not be right for strangers to be allowed to have photographs of our children on their phones. This needs to be stopped.
