Save the accident and emergency department from closure at Chorley hospital

What the petition asks
Lancashire health trust managers have decided to downgrade the accident and emergency facility at Chorley and district hospital and in turn having people travel or be taken by ambulance to Preston hospital which is unable to cope .
We want a review of management who have made this decision , claiming lack of staff when in fact Mr Lindsay Hoyle MP as already stated he believes this was pre planned cut to vital life saving emergency services in the Chorley and south ribble district
