Scrap the tv licence fee of £145.50 and change it for an NHS fee for £145.50 phh

What the petition asks
We're always saying we have not got enough money for the NHS well let the bbc pay for itself by advertising and change the fee for a NHS fee set in the same format as the TV licence by each household paying either yearly quarterly monthly or weekly. I know what I would rather pay for
