Make it law that cyclists have to have insurance the same as car drivers

Cyclists use the roads exactly the same as car drivers who have to have a license, Car tax and insurance but cyclists have none.

I believe as a driver that cyclists should have to have insurance and a registration so they can be held accountable for breaking road traffic laws and incidents / accidents that they cause including what I think is the most common road traffic law that cyclists break which is not stopping at red traffic lights.
