What the petition asks

Children born in the UK whilst their parents hadn't been granted settlement at the time of their birth have to pay £936 to register as a British Citizen is against their fundamental human right. Some parents with three children pay about £2,808 which is heart aching.

Child under 18 applying to register as a British citizen pay £936.
**An additional £80 per applicant is required to cover the ceremony fee should the child turn 18 during the application process. This will be required at point of decision.
