Prevent Political Parties from fielding candidates for PCC vacancies.

What the petition asks

The role of the Police in the UK has traditionaly been non-political. The practice of allowing Political Parties to field and support candidates for the roll of Police and Crime Commissioner is wrong.
Politics needs to be kept out of Policing and PCCs should have no political affiliation.
