Give ALL Uni Students EQUAL opportunity for same amount of living grant (loan)

What the petition asks
Currently a Student loan for living costs is given on the basis of household income - so if you have 2 average earning Parents that live together the Student can get £3800 per Yr this DOES NOT even cover their rent in halls - if those Parents separated the Student can get £8000 loan per Yr WRONG!!
