Make the minimum wage the same for all ages.

What the petition asks
I first worked for an American company and everyone with in the same job at the same level was paid the same rate, this created a sense of equality and strong workforce. To be paid less due to your age should be illegal, as young workers do not get any lighter work loads or slack in the workplace.
