What the petition asks
During the mayoral election campaign the Conservative candidate Zac Goldamith has used inflammatory and offensive language against his apponent, Sadiq Khan, linking him to extremism because he is a muslim. MPs and the PM use negative language in parliament when talking about muslims and refugees.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
