17 signatures
What the petition asks
The new tpd law has made it silly for us to buy e liquid and has made it hard for the vapeing community we need the old laws back as vapeing has nothing to do with the Tabbbaco industry
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the issue you raise is not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament. The UK Government and Parliament do not have the power to "throw out" EU directives. You could start a new petition asking the UK Government to ask the EU for an exemption from this directive.
