Leeds City Council to place traffic lights at Deepdale park, Boston Spa

What the petition asks

Deepdale park is situated in Boston Spa with a busy (fast moving) road needed to cross to enter. In the interest of safety for the children and parents of the village traffic lights are needed. Will it take an accident or god forbid a fatality for action to be taken?

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
