What the petition asks
Make privately owed horse boxes used for non commercial purposes exempt from the London low Emmisions zone . Horses was one of the first forms of transport and now they can't travel through London and surrounding areas in a lorry without paying £200 per day or fines up to £1500.

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
