Make it a legal requirement to wear a helmet on trikes and quad bikes

What the petition asks

I was in a trike crash which killed my boyfriend, who was driving. I woke up in hospital with serious injuries and two policeman by my bed. They said wearing a helmet on a trike was not a legal requirement. But I don't want anyone else to go through what myself, my boyfriend and our families have.
Helmets are only compulsory for motor bicycles, not motor tricycles.
