Change the law, to set minimum prison sentences for those who abuse animals

What the petition asks
The government should change the laws to set minimal prison sentences and life long bans for people convicted of animal abuse. These poor excuses of humans should be punished for their crimes rather than a 5 year ban for owning animals. Animals don't have a voice. Please be their voice and help them
