What the petition asks
The OECD, the LSE, and many others have declared their support for remaining in the EU, but the public may not be aware that many of these organisations receive funding from the EU, potentially creating a conflict of interest. The law should be changed to make voters aware of potential conflicts.

To avoid this in future, the government should change the law on elections. Organisations endorsing an institution in a public vote should be required to disclose whether they've received funding from that institution and how much they've had in the preceding 3 years.
