What the petition asks
Lymington Town in Hampshire and surrounding areas are experiencing vast problems with their O2 signal causing huge disruptions and inconvenience.
O2 keep insisting the problem is being dealt with however still charging huge bills and not allowing customers to leave without paying the full contract.
O2 keep insisting the problem is being dealt with however still charging huge bills and not allowing customers to leave without paying the full contract.
Huge on- going debates are taking place online and on Facebook along with group discussions and newspaper articles yet no resolution.
Customers are left feeling angry and frustrated as many only began their new contracts just before the problems started and 02 want an average of £800 to leave.
Seems this is occurring in other areas too and 02 are not doing anything quick to resolve the issues.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is not something that the UK Government and Parliament can help with.
