Have courts here agree that fibromyalgia is a permanent disability
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
The courts in Catalonia have just declared fibromyalgia a permanent disability, so we need our own courts in northern Ireland to do the same here
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We cannot accept your petition because the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for the issue you raise. Courts in the UK are independent of Government and Parliament. It would be up to the courts in Northern Ireland to come to their own decision about this.
