Stop British Government discriminating against people with Disabilities

What the petition asks
Cody has been on ancestral visa, he has now applied for indefinite leave to remain. Part of this application is a life in the UK test and an English test. Cody has documentary proof that he suffers from severe Dyslexia and Specific Language Impairment. The Government has denied him an excemption.
Under their own rules he should have been granted an exception. Cody has now been refused indefinite leave to remain due to not sitting the test. This is a blatant discriminatory act against people with Disabilities. Under the UK Disabilities Act of 2010. Please support this petition otherwise this means deportation where he has no family or friends with no means of support.
