Introduce Traffic Calming Measures Along Lower Green Road, Pembury

Every day a seemingly increasing number of drivers travel down Lower Green at dangerous speeds, with no regard for the well being / safety of those that live along and use it.
With two Nurseries, a School and a zebra crossing along this road, I dread to think what speeds are reached further down.
