All UK Polling Stations must stop using Pencils for voters and use Black pens

What the petition asks

The current use of Pencils at polling stations may lead to fraud and it undermines the public confidence in the voting procedure and should be introduced prior to the EU Vote.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
