Cancel the Luton carnival

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

I started my career as a police officer in Luton. Having worked the Luton Carnival I can speak first hand of the fear of knowing the gang members (usually from London) significantly outnumbered police officers. Since the cuts this has got worse and the public and officers are unnecessarily at risk!

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

The UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the Luton carnival.
