Force more resources toward catching the Cat Killer (Croydon).

The Croydon Cat Killer still not been caught despite numerous Children loosing their beloved pets, this could affect children for life, as well as Elderly loosing their only company and others loosing a living breathing member of the family, Please Force more resources toward catching monster.
