Mandatory course/examination on food & drink for allergies & intolerances

I believe that many of the trained and un-trained catering employees don’t have training on intolerances, allergies and food based illnesses, with more and more people suffering from nut allergies, Coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, as well as the other food based allergies such as egg, soya, seafood, this issue must be dealt with before anyone else dies or becomes extremely ill.
