Voting in elections to be mandatory, with an option to say "none of the above".

Politicians make sweeping changes that affect people on the basis that a victory in an election represents an unassailable and moral mandate.I propose voting be compulsory, but with voters having the right to say "None of the above numpties". Such votes shown as a percentage would show the real backing, or not, of an administration. A showing of say 25% of the electorate saying "None of the above numpties" may lead to more credible, more representative, more moral MPs, and Government.
