Families should only receive benefits & tax credits for their first two children

What the petition asks
Why should people be having extensive families if they cannot afford them? Why should the hard-working tax-payer have to fork out for this? Why is there not a barrier on the amount of money provided for each family?
On 7th June on the ITV programme, This Morning a lady was speaking about her 12 children & the £40,000 of benefits that she receives each year, not only this, but her plans for her 13th child. This, alongside many other stories like this one are becoming more regular. Should it be that people having 12 children gain more money through benefits than someone working full-time? There should be a point this is restricted and the choice to have more children is at the families own expense.
