What the petition asks

Due to the disgusting and abhorrent behaviour by Russian fans during the England vs Russia match in Marseillle, I feel that Russia is incapable of hosting a safe tournament in two years time.

English fans have gone to hospital due to these attacks

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for decisions about the hosting of the World Cup. That is the responsibility of FIFA.
