Petition · past parliament
Replace our current MEPs if we are to stay in the EU.

What the petition asks
If the referendum results in a vote to Remain, we respectfully ask for new elections to be held to replace those MEPs who campaigned for leaving the EU.
Too many of our current MEPs have been anti-EU for too long, I find it hard to believe that many of the claims levelled at the EU commission couldn't have been fixed if our "representatives" had actually engaged with the EU rather than furthering their own interests.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
