What the petition asks
Experts and public bodies have alleged that the Vote Leave and Leave EU campaign mislead the electorate during the UK EU Referendum with false facts and misleading information. If this is found to be the case then the electorate have voted under false pretences and the results should be quashed.
The British electorate relied on the integrity and knowledge of their public servants to guide their decision during the UK EU Referendum. If it is found that they have been mislead with false facts, figures and information then clearly the democratic process has been corrupted.
This is a call for an urgent Public Enquiry to ensure that the Vote Leave and Leave EU campaigns did not mislead the voting public and unfairly influence the result of the EU Referendum.
