What the petition asks

Throughout the campaign to Leave the EU, it was repeatedly claimed that doing so would result in £350million per week being spent on the NHS. This claim has already been taken back. Many voters chose 'Leave' on these false grounds. Voting on misinformation is undemocratic and invalidates the process

These claims were widely believed and informed many voters. An Ipsos MORI poll shows that 47 per cent thought this claim was true:
