Allow UK Citizens to choose to be individual members of the EU despite Brexit.

What the petition asks
Following on from the EU Referendum, why not allow everyone who chose to remain the option of having their EU citizenship, rights and privileges via an opt-in with associated subscription fee regardless of what the country, as a whole, may do, thus allowing each to remain or leave as individuals?
In otherwords, the country may choose to leave, but as individuals who like the EU, we can pay a fee to preserve our personal membership and the rights that stem from that such as freedom of movement, the social chapter and so on.
