Allow 16 & 17 year olds to vote on the EU & then add their votes into the result

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

A withdrawl from the EU is clearly not wanted by my generation. 75% of 18-24 year olds voted to remain a member of the EU and we are being forced out against our will. How dare the people who will be effected by Brexit the most not even have a say. How is this a democracy?
Allowing for this to happen would be a "victory for democarcy" as Boris Johnson puts it and not allowing for this to happen would appear to merely be motivted by selfishness and fear that my generation will vote to remain. How dare you take this decison away from us.
