Call for a new Northern Irish border poll on the reunification Ireland
Rejected

What the petition asks
The UK has voted to leave the EU however the outcome of the referendum didn't agree with the views of NI where remain won by 11%. The wishes of NI are being ignored and hence we would like to show there is a mandate to the whole of HM Government of the UK for a border poll and to have a border poll
We, the people who have signed this petition believe the circumstances in Northern Ireland are identical to those in Scotland with a large portion wishing to remain in the European Union, however similarly to Scotland, have been force against our regions will to leave the EU, this we feel is unjust and given the support for a second referendum on Scottish independence for this reason, we request a border poll on the reunification of Northern Ireland with the country of the Republic of Ireland
