Dissolve Parliament and call a general election before Article 50 is invoked

What the petition asks
The process of leaving the EU cannot formally be before Article 50 is invoked. The current divided government has a Prime Minister who has already resigned and a mandate based on a bare majority of the EU referendum vote. Parliament should be dissolved by HM The Queen and new government elected.
With the break up of the Union at stake and no obvious plan in place this requires a new government.
