Discard the referendum votes of people above retirement age.

What the petition asks
A referendum isn't like an election. It's irreversible. For this reason it affects younger people to a far greater degree. It's unjust to give people who don't have to live with the consequences of their actions power over those that do. The votes of people above retirement age should be discounted.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
It's not clear how this could be done. Voting in the UK is anonymous. It is not therefore possible to work out which votes would be disregarded.
