What the petition asks
The U.K. Voted to Leave the EU on 23rd June. The process of Leaving can only start when HM Government executes Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. We must not wait until sometime after October before responding to the majority will of the electorate, as suggested by David Cameron. The People voted now.
The U.K. Government is obliged to execute Article 50 from the Treaty of Lisbon.
