Create a separate PIP assesment for mental disabilities

What the petition asks
The current PIP assessment is designed for physical disabilities and does not ask the correct questions for people with mental health issues. Therefore people with mental health issues are loosing out on funds they are entiltled too. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS
