The leave campaign misled voters - declare the result void

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

The leave campaign made a number of claims during the campaign, which they have now admitted were false. This misled voters. Therefore, the result should be declared null and void.

If a business couldn't do it in an advert, why can they?

Immigration
Hannan (leave MEP): "We never said there was going to be some radical decline [in immigration] ... we want a measure of control.

£350m to NHS
Asked by ITV's Good Morning Britain whether he could guarantee that the £350m that was sent to the EU would now go the NHS, Mr Farage said: “No I can’t, I would never have made that claim. That was one of the mistakes made by the Leave campaign.”

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Apologies, the link we previously sent was incorrect. We cannot accept the petition that you submitted as it is very similar to the following petition: Declare the result of the EU referendum null & void.
